Q1. Why should I book with HiddenPortugal.com

Q2. How long will it take before your booking is confirmed and a voucher to be sent to you.
Ans. Once you have made your booking you will be emailed a confirmation order of your request. You have the choice to pay a deposit of 50 Euro or approximately 39 Sterling or you can pay in full at the time of booking. Full payment must be made 4 weeks before you arrive. We will e-mail you with the Hotel voucher after full payment. Please present this document at your accommodation on arrival.

Q3. Security measures in place to protect your personal details.
Ans. Any personal information you send to us will be kept in confidence and will not be shared with any third party provider. We have an Bank of Ireland approved merchant account to process your Visa, MasterCard and laser card.

Q4. Do I need to sign up or become member.

Ans.You don't need to sign up or become a member to benefit from our discounted accommodation rates.

Q5. Can I change my Booking after confirmation.
Ans.Within reason we will change your Hotel or property after confirmation without charge.

Q6. Can you arrange Transfers / Car hire or accommodation.
Ans. Yes we can arrange Transfers / Car hire and accommodation on the Algarve and Lisbon coast.

Q7. Do you give group discounts.
Ans. Yes we give group discounts minimum required for a group is 4 persons.

Q8. What happens if I want to cancel my booking.
Ans. You may cancel your booking up to five weeks before arrival and you will receive a full refund ( including Taxes and charges but excluding any credit card refund fees.) Q9. Do we charge a booking fee, credit card fee.
Ans. We charge 1.75% on all credit card purchases (No charge on laser cards, cheques or cash) We can also provide group discounts email us at info@hiddenportugal.com. or call 00 353 61 225168 .

Q10. Travel Insurance.
Ans. We strongly recommend that all persons arrange and have Travel Insurance before travel we can provide Travel insurance at a cost of 20 Euro for normal insurance and 30 Euro with golf cover for one week.
