1. Booking
On booking a deposit of 50 euro per person is required to secure your accommodation. The Balance is due to HiddenPortugal.com no later than 4 weeks before departure. If these terms are not met HiddenPortugal.com may rescind immediately, without notice, and reallocate all confirmed bookings and deposits are not refundable.
2. Payment
We charge 1.75% on all credit card purchases (No charge on laser cards, cheques or cash) all cheques to be made payable to Portugalgreenfees.com.
3. Cancellations
Any Client intending to cancel, must notify HiddenPortugal.com in writing immediately.Cancellations more than 4 weeks before departure date will make Client liable for 50% of the full Invoice amount. If cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before departure, cancellation charge will be for the full Invoice amount.
4. Alterations to Holidays
Every reasonable effort will be made to provide the Accommodation as Invoiced to the Client , but reserves the right to make any necessary alterations to arrangements, including changes to date, time and venue.
5. Exclusions of Liability
HiddenPortugal.com is not responsible for loss or damage to any person or their property, as all Clients book with HiddenPortugal.com at their own risk. HiddenPortugal.com shall not be obliged, in the case of cancellation or postponement of any element thereof, to provide a refund of monies, paid by any Client. The Client is responsible for all damages caused by any member of the Client's party.
6. Travel Insurance
HiddenPortugal.com strongly recommends that all clients purchase travel Insurance, including Golf cover.
7. Complaints and Disputes
In the event of dissatisfaction or complaint, the Client is required to notify HiddenPortugal.com in writing, within seven days of the occurrence giving rise to such dissatisfaction or complaint.
